I tried the HTC set a few weeks ago when they were touring it around the country. I was very skeptical. The resolution of the headset isn't even that great. However, the final demo (a Portal 2 derived scene) freaked me out. I felt like I was being bullied by the robot. I've had nightmares about it since, for reals.
