If you work from home you have to set boundaries and go out of your way to set the tone. Meaning, everyone knows you are working those hours at that place everyday. When you're not within those hours you're not working, period. This is how I worked from home when I telecommuted. Being a startup founder now, I don't really find a good balance and my health is suffering. So I'm trying hard to follow my own rules this year. It's tough. There is so much work to do.
