You really do need to set boundaries, so the article's not wrong. On the other hand, I couldn't juggle my child's preschool and my spouse's teaching schedule, if I didn't have flex time.
- pc86 11y agoThe article isn't actually talking about flex time or flexible schedules. It's talking about "grazing" your work, always being available, keeping track of work emails after hours or answering work calls outside your scheduled time, etc.
