Actually a huge chunk of the US ISP market has IPv6 in production. Comcast, Time Warner Cable, AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Google Fiber. Ironically, it is their huge monopolistic size that actually makes them great candidates for IPv6. They are getting too large to use IPv4. It will be the small consumer friendly shoestring ISP operations that will take the longest.
