Odds are that the extra virgin olive oil from a supermarket is just some other oil with some chlorophyll added for coloring. It isn't hard. Just generally, its around $40 a bottle. Most people buy stuff with similar labels at $7-10 a bottle and think its the same because it claims to be EVOO as well.
