Just. What about the coordinating those? What about review system for drivers?

  Why have a review system for drivers? Uber's practice of (effectively) firing drivers that don't get top ratings seems to go against a lot of the principles behind European employment practices and laws.

    Yes, stack ranking goes against regular employment practices, but that's hardly the only way to use reviews. An employee with poor reviews might need extra training or other kind of assistance, or they might not just be a good fit for their current role. It's a good indicator to have.

      I don't disagree it's a decent indicator, it's more the implications for employment rights I don't like.
