What a convoluted way of saying: "use frameworks and libraries, but not all the time." Yeah, we get it, some people use libraries too much. Some people reinvent the wheel too much. It's not too hard to understand that judgment is key when deciding on one over the other.
Did I miss something, other than the attempt to coin the phrases "framework negative space" and "framework intuitive space"?
