P.A. Semi are designers, not manufacturers. I expect fabrication is outsourced to an outfit like TSMC.

  Not even AMD own their own fabs anymore. Also, they still don't make the screens/memory/etc... The chips sounds pretty good though (HD Video for 10 hours on one charge).

  Samsung would be an obvious guess at the fab, given Apple's history of working with them.
