I'm always delighted to see how open and touching blog posts by the Keen.io team can be. I wish more companies took to making their blogs more open to content such as this. Are there other good examples of companies that take on this ethos? Are there particular activities or strategies that make this kind of open writing more comfortable amongst a company?
