I have to agree with others who point out that this is not at all typical. I have two SSD-backed Windows 10 machines (one at home, one at work), both with much less fancy SATA SSds than yours. Neither takes more than 20 seconds to go from powered off to fully usable (unless I mistype my password a few times). I'd check my autoruns if I were you.
