when its a near identical clone, with corel outlining it as a selling point, Microsoft has fair game. the lawsuit isnt about an "inspired" UI. i think regardless of the patents, MS still has a lawsuit. i dont think they should be entitled to profits really, but if they win Corel should remove the word mode.
