that's an interesting perspective, but I'm not sure it chimes too closely with what I've seen these days. in the UK at least most banks have mobile apps which run on android, people do e-mail (which controls most of their sensitive information) and other items on mobile devices, so their security would be every bit as important as a windows/OSX PC...
