I wonder if there's an argument you're making that suggests your due process rights should involve blocking others queued. I wish it were true. Maybe the 14th amendment could be used to say that the not immediately servicing your opt-out is unequal treatment?

(I was just making a point that someone should not be angry at me for opting out because they claim I made their day take longer.)
