Uhh... what does this mean?
- silentbicycle 17y agoI think he means is something like, "...the program would be what I wrote, no more, no less". Pretty ambiguous, though.
- mru 17y agoI think he means C doesn't require a framework or VM of monstrous proportions in order to do its thing.
