My friends kind of know me as a supporter of net neutrality and I was horrified when two of them shared with me their notification screenshots which was showing me as supporting Facebook "Free Basics".
- tsycho 11y agoPlease post those screenshots with your denial as widely as possible to expose how scammy all this is.
- balladeer 11y agoI did that on Facebook and on Twitter as well with added text in the image as commentary. Hell, I even called some of my friends and asked them to do the same. People here defend Facebook's actions what they don't realise is "motive", "intentions" and the modus operandi to achieve the goal. Facebook's actions and ethics are screaming foul play on steroids here.
- nileshtrivedi 11y agoCan you give a link to your tweet here?
- balladeer 11y agoHi, I kind of keep that Twitter username/ID and this one separate but please have a look at https://twitter.com/hashtag/SaveTheInternet https://twitter.com/hashtag/SaveTheInternet and you'll find many similar ones.
- wfunction 11y agoWould you mind linking to a copy of the screenshot here? (with your name etc. blacked out -- I just want to see what the notification looks like)
