I'm not sure this is a great comparison. Consulting rates and enterprise software pricing are two different beasts, especially when hosting infrastructure is involved... On top of this, enterprise buyers are not always going to be sophisticated enough to determine whether their business requirement means they need module a or b or feature x vs. y from a random enterprise suite.
