RAM is not upgradable (as far as I understand, and I'm involved in one of the 'WTH is the amount so small?' threads in their forum). The memory is sandwiched on top of the SoC I think? MAYBE you'll be able to replace the core module at some point. But I don't know about any promises and it doesn't seem to be a focus.
