Consulting without long hours? Does that exist?

  For my case, in a consulting company headquartered in a relatively 3rd world country, it is not allowed to work after 6pm. Because of family issues that employers value.

    Yep, this is the case at large consultancy firms such as Capgemini or Accenture, not for small company where you tougher scale your resources.
