the community is not tough on newbies; it is _harsh_ on those that do not read the documentation before asking questions. if something is not documented or documented incorrectly, that is a bug. too many folks who are new to OpenBSD do not bother to read any of the man pages or even the FAQ (which points to man pages) and then immediately hit the list, as if other people are supposed to do the reading and research for them.
