- Mandatum 11y agoIf there's a grey area in your ToS, and a security researcher/hacker type is in the middle of it - the smart route is to appease them and fix the grey area. FB has a lot of resources, and it wouldn't have to deal with the blowback from this. Why make such a bad situation worse, if you don't have to? FB messed up. The researcher partly messed up too. Fix it and move on.
