It doesn't sound like it will be all that hard either. The gist of the argument seems to be a statement from someone with a potential axe to grind:

- corbet 11y agoHe wants to play up the work he did here in Colorado. In fact, it all seemed to go pretty easily here. The biggest problem so far has been what to do with the excess tax revenue from weed sales.
