There's a senate committee currently investigating the common theme of companies buying out-of-patent drugs that have a small market and marking them up immediately after purchase. His arrest might add a bit of fire to the argument, but I suspect it won't have much effect in the long run. For the record, though, they are looking at the industry as a whole, not just his company and the few drugs he did this with.
