I agree that if the allegations are true, Martin Shkreli is an immoral person to say the least, but I wonder about one thing: The whole conduct of the prosecutors doesn't look impartial to me. It seems as if someone was vilified by the media and next thing you know he is arrested and charged with fraud in an unrelated case. As if this was still a society where you had to slaughter the occasional sacrificial lamb to appease the anger of the people.
