- yummyfajitas 11y ago20 years later, do we have any evidence of a 1000x benefit, or even a 2x benefit?
- kefka 11y agoBetter question is "Do we have the measurements to be able to say what kind of losses/gains are done by differing policy?" I'm going by logic that Ben Franklin said, "An ounce of prevention is equal to a pound of cure." However I admit that I accept this by experience, and not by scientific study.
