The incremental upgrade path is disappointing. Step 1: Include the Angular 2 and ng-upgrade libraries with your existing application Is anyone with a serious application actually considering this? It would have been nice to include only the pieces of Angular 2 that you actually use. Instead, we have to ship both libraries, our application code and an additional plugin down the wire? I don't see this upgrade path as a legitimate option for anyone who cares about page load times.
