It is not. Confiscating property of foreign entities exposes you to international courts and arbitrage.
- caf 11y agoInternational tribunals adjudicate disputes between states, not between a state and a person.
- toomuchtodo 11y agoRarely does this incur any penalty on the offending nation (as it shouldn't).
