Sorry to just jump in here, but I'm not getting why not allowing subcontractors matters. Isn't that still under the "lead generators can pick the terms they offer" umbrella? Have a reasonably decent car, do the job yourself, maintain a certain level of customer satisfaction. These all seem like relatively reasonable terms under which to offer contract work.
