founder: Great! we need like-minded people like you.

founder: He creates negative environment within the team!
- taurath 11y agoHonesty is in general the best way to foster trust, but extreme honesty and off-the-cuff opinion-giving is a good way to make everyone afraid of giving honest assessments.
