Does this introduce an attack that is likely to happen? Is this easily exploited by random bad guys? Only exploited by nation states with huge computing power?

Does this introduce an attack that is likely to happen? Is this easily exploited by random bad guys? Only exploited by nation states with huge computing power? Only exploitable in theory? I can never figure out just how serious things like this are with my rather limited understanding of crypto.
