I'm guessing the list of people who want to offer him a full time role now is enormously diminished. (I find it really hard to believe he was offered "can't turn it down" deltas at each new role.)
- crdb 11y agoAFAIK it was +20% every time at least. He did quit the first one because it was too corporate and he couldn't get anything done. I also would expect employers to get wary, but they are so desperate he always has multiple standing offers waiting. Amazing what you can do when you have a great Kaggle ranking...
