- catzaa 17y agoMaybe. But I am sure that if records show that a product is delayed, then the customer service rep should have a bit of leeway to make the customer happy.
- gsmaverick 17y agoIt seems to me that is not always true. It is well-documented that all Zappos customer reps have to ability to hand out goodies as they see fit.
