I'm not a rules referee, I'm just explaining why I downvoted this particular post. It was a comment about how you feel you've personally been slighted by the HN community, and I didn't feel like that comment added anything to the conversation. I see very little evidence of this type of behavior. I do not disagree with your other posts, I haven't even read them. Your username doesn't ring a bell. If I did disagree, I would write a rebuttal. This is not about you and your posts, it's about this particular comment, which I don't consider to be constructive.
