How does one go about looking for a lawyer for such a thing?
- mmastrac 11y agoAsk for recommendations from friends. Ask for a recommendation from your accountant. If that fails, call up a startup-specialized lawyer and ask them for advice or to be referred to someone they trust.
- samstave 11y agoTax lawyer. Call up Orrick and ask for startup advice - they will direct you to the right person.
