The question is not if donations are excempt from vat, but if your tax collector will believe you that you are a non profit organisation.
- DennisP 11y agoSo pay taxes on the income, it's still better than not having the income. If you are attempting nonprofit status, donations are less of a red flag than advertising. But I don't see what that has to do with VAT, which you brought up.
