It's almost as if Yahoo doesn't know what their core businesses are anymore. It will be interesting to see if they come out of this with better understanding of their identity.
- petercooper 11y agoIt seems clear to me. They're an investment business that owns shares in successful companies.
- tacos 11y agoLike Yahoo Maps, Yahoo Green, and Tumblr...?
- mcintyre1994 11y agoProbably just Yahoo! Japan and Alibaba.
- xyzzy4 11y agoTumblr is very culturally significant but not financially successful.
