Netflix is blocked from offering online content in any of the 28 European Union nations in which it has not signed a country-by-country licensing deal. I'm not sure I understand this. Why Netflix didn't sign those deals? Is it because it doesn't want to deal with so many countries individually?
- xbmcuser 11y agoIt has to get licenses for the content for each country separately which would make the costs very high.
