Ask HN: Why was the submission about the Pixel C nuked?

There appears to be no other post on the Pixel. It was the 3rd of 4th post and then immediately bumped off the front page. The conversation looked to be on topic and no more negative than is the HN norm. Why was this post bumped?
- dang 11y agoIt set off the flamewar detector (which could perhaps more accurately be called the overheated discussion detector). We review those and turn the penalty off if the discussion is a substantive one, and did that in this case a few hours ago.
