- mtgx 11y agoWell, efficient in that sense that if you're 100% that in a group of 100 people there's a terrorist, then instead of searching to find which of them is a terrorist, you just kill all of them. Ta-da. Dead terrorist. And 99 other innocent people, which will probably give rise to another 5 terrorists.
