- veeti 11y agoThat is for webmaster tools, not analytics.
- chainsaw10 11y agoIIRC that meta tag is also used for verification for Google Webmaster Tools
- artursapek 11y agoThat's for Google's webmaster tools, which is another service Google offers (although in this case, you get to peer into their data)
- stonedge 11y agoThis could just be for Google Webmasters which gives them information on their search presence.
- stanleydrew 11y agoSurprised that they don't use the DNS verification option. Bloating your HTML for every request is unnecessary.
