Slightly offtopic but I had the fortune to visit Istanbul in October and it was by far the highlight of our European holiday. The culture is fantastic. Turkish breakfast is an amazing thing. Fresh simit pastries are insanely good. I love the hamam, the bazaar, and even turkish delight. If Istanbul isn't on your list, it should be!
