Perl6 agrees that it consists of only 2 codepoints: say "नि".NFC>>.uniname.perl; #=> ("DEVANAGARI LETTER NA", "DEVANAGARI VOWEL SIGN I") Nothing more serious than a typo in the article would be my guess.
