Well, that's assuming that both a) the best idea is worth something on the free market, and b) the person submitting would possess the know how to take their PoC and capitalize on it themselves. Hopefully, anyone that fits in A&B would agree with you and wouldn't submit. For everyone else, this seems like a fun way to add to their resume.
