Housing law clearly bans that sort of thing for tenants. I can imagine labor law being similar.
- simoncion 11y agoHousing law bans increasing rent based on number of children. I'm fairly certain that -at least in SF- it doesn't prohibit the reduction of rent for each child present in one's family. Why would labor law ban the increase of one's salary based on size of one's family?
