The reason I wrote this article is because I think the mainstream is so wrong it hurts. All the behaviors you listed are a normal and necessary part of socialization. Without some argument there is no learning. There is a real right to freedom of speech. This is why I tried to define "violation" from first principles as an unwanted intrusion into personal time and space. There must be (profoundly) the intention of damage. Offense is not damage.
