If you had a chunk of savings and you invested in a business - would you optimize on needing to hire more people as the business grows? Or prefer that the growth of your business doesn't scale linearly with employee head count? Every time I hear people make these complaints, I wonder, "Would you prefer to get your cash from an ATM, or wait in line for a teller?"
