×÷ aren't really common mathematical notation. Julia does multiplication the proper way, e.g. 4a for 4 * a. And the logical way to produce ≥ is to type >=, tho

And the logical way to produce ≥ is to type >=, though of course there is still the hurdle of setting that input mode in your text editor.
