Who would you rather they appeal to, and why is it more legitimate than the will of the governed?
- alextgordon 11y agoIn the UK, the Crown Prosecution Service is supposed to act in the public interest. Not indulge the public's every whim. It's an imperfect system, but they do put a lot of care into weighing the different factors, far more than I ever will.
