Are they likely to have smart-phones to use?
- zkirill 11y agoI think they might be more likely to have a smartphone than a desktop or laptop computer.
- awjr 11y agoOr tablets. They are wipe-clean. Keyboards are a "germ" nightmare.
- witty_username 11y agoMany lower-middle class people have smartphones but not a computer because a smartphone is often much cheaper and also satisfies most of their needs for calling, texting, etc.

- iends 11y agoI just spent a week in La Gonave, Haiti. Everybody had smart phones...which was particularly impressive because electricity is hard to come by.
- NetStrikeForce 11y agoThat's precisely why - You don't need 5 hours of electricity to get 5 hours of use on your smartphone, but you do need constant juice for a desktop PC. A laptop would also give you more time, but not as much as a smartphone.
