As I know from my Kazakhstan-born friend, Twitter and LiveJournal are banned in Kazakhstan for years, nobody cares.
- almaty 11y agoBoth are available in Kazakhstan. I don't remember twitter being blocked here. LJ was blocked due to former high-profile official's blog.
