You will not be able to change the personalities of those you work with and going above their heads to complain will not put you in a better position (unless doing so could move you to another team). One job stint at 6 months will not hurt you. I would argue your work environment is the most important part of your job. You spend a lot of your waking hours with these people, you don't want to be miserable.
